Do you have a new listing that you would like to promote to a specific buyer group or across a geographical area? Our self-service listing ads help you get in front of the right audience to try and find the right buyer for your listing.
Step #1: Fill out the form
Please go through all the questions and fill out the information you have about your listing. The more information you have, the more we will be able to use in the ad copy.
Step #2: Submit & Add Payment Method
Once you have filled out the form, you will be asked to add your credit card on file. We WILL NOT be charging you at this time. Before we charge the card, we will verify that this is a listing we can promote for you. If we cannot, we will email you to let you know.
Step #3: Campaign Approval
If everything looks good and we have all the necessary information to run the listing promotion, we will go ahead and charge the card on file and launch the campaign. We will notify you that your promotion ad is approved and running.
Step #4: Buyer Inquiries
Once the campaign is launched, we will be notifying you when a new buyer inquiry comes in. This could take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours to see your first inquiry. We will be adding each buyer inquiry onto a Google sheet for you to review and follow up with.

Once the listing promotion is submitted to us, we will verify the details you provided and confirm if this is something we can approve for launch or not. If approved, we will email you confirming we have launched the campaign and charge your card.
